The Revoluter Voyages

The Revoluter Voyages

Report B-01
This year apparently started well. Even though, as stated in my previous report, we discovered the First Location was inappropriate for the colony, Daisy found another location five months and a week away from it, the 16th was the end of the first one. Resources are at a regular level: the ventilation and irrigation of the farms are functioning and the water level is also doing well, as we purified a vast quantity of water we found on the First Location. There is only one problem: ED-81 is a bit "glitchy", lately, but we think that it will eventually work out. The voyage is going quite peacefully, save for the fact that Chad's fish pizzas taste kinda' FISHY!

Report B-02
Because ED-81's glitch was getting very annoying, Amber decided to analyze him. And found a virus, a new virus, never seen before, and, according to her analytics, it becomes increasingly severe with time: from seconds-long paralysis, to self-reprogramming! We put him in the sealed panic room. Amber is watching his condition degrade, day by day. Me and Chad don't think there's any hope for him.

Report B-04
Sorry to not have sent March's report, General, communication systems were malfunctioning. ED-81 has gone to the point of becoming a killer mech! He is now crawling all around the panic room, sticking to walls and roof, though Amber denies to have given him climbing abilities. In the meantime, she's also trying to fix the communication systems. Chad finally gave up making fishy pizzas and let Daisy give it a try; we discovered she's even worse! Her pizzas should be classified as a biohazard! Even though she is good at baking cookies. So we settled the matter: Chad does the savory (we instituted a no-fish rule for him) and Daisy does the sweet. We've also discovered there's a couple of asteroids in our way, but we found a safe route to avoid them which will only prolong two days.

Report B-05
We crash-landed on the new location on the 25th because we ran out of fuel just at that moment. Me, Daisy and Chad went to explore, accompanied by an analytics drone made long ago by Amber and piloted by Pete. The drone classified this location's air as breathable, so we took off our exploration suits' helmets. This location, which we called FL-38 or simply Floria, was filled with all types of plants, which brought Chad to theorize that the conditions were just perfect for human life. We apparently have company; we found excrement-like biomass (a fancy term I learned in university to say poo), which clearly indicates that there must be some sort of animal on this planet. We found a cave and entered it, despite Daisy's opposition. The cave was made of a material identical to Earthly rocks. The drone came in too. It went deeper in the cave than us, after all, Pete is the kind of speedy guy when it comes to typing and gaming. He communicated to us to not go any deeper and to return to the ship immediately. The drone never came back. While in the ship, we heard a very strong banging and screeching. Pete and Amber still haven't told us why. They just said the location was inappropriate for human life. They found another location. Amber found a way to use the excrement-like biomass as fuel.

Secret message 02
The drone sent by us on Floria showed us a creature, deep in the cave. An approximately two meter tall humanoid with wings between each couple of limbs. It had great fur around its neck, wrinkled skin, long sharp teeth and no eyes. Its screech deafening, its power surely deadly, its diet clearly meat-based. It is for this reason, General, that we have defined Floria inappropriate for human life.

See! It just happened. Also, we have found a "space shipwreck" which we will explore first thing next-

Report B-07
The "space shipwreck" exploration was quite interesting. We discovered that the N.A.S.A. scientist William Ralph Burnett on the experimental crew spaceship Titanic II had planted and detonated myriads of bombs. Yet, we found the only survivor: Amanda Stacy Burnett, the daughter of the responsible of such mass murder that was fortunately testing the indestructible emergency pods. She survived by using a coincidentally placed space suit to find water and to repristinate one of the farms. She found some tools and fused the pod and the farm, creating some sort of space mini-apartment. She joined the crew and we continued the journey.

Report B-09
Sorry, again, for not sending last month's report. This month everything went as usual. So, General, I only have some requests: could you send me a list of this year's advanced group's cadets at the Academy? Can you send me the latest Covid-22 data? And could you tell me what kind of degree Chad obtained and if he has a clean criminal record?

He got a degree in chemistry and no, he was in prison for five years and six months because he was found guilty of a restaurant's food-poisoning of which he was the Chef.

Report B-10
I have bad news, General: ED-81 has disappeared, though we don't understand how. I mean, the doors were closed all the time and the air duct is full of infrared alarm-triggering lasers. Amber thinks he might have mutated, giving him certain abilities, which would explain how he sticked to the walls of the panic room. Everybody, apart from Chad, has contracted some sort of virus which causes us to frequently cough, shiver and throw up what is apparently black blood (which brought me to think this was the effect of poisoning), we have insomnia and pale skin. The severe insomnia has brought Amanda, Pete, Amber and Daisy to extreme dizziness and hallucinating, so Chad and I are doing everything nowadays.

Report B-11
Other bad news, General: Chad has disappeared; ED-81 I must have abducted him [or he is hiding and plotting to poison us to DEATH (this theory of mine does not prove I'm going nuts!)]. Tension rising on the Revoluter; ED-81's on the loose, Chad has disappeared and we have a mysterious virus! What could go worse?!

Report B-12
Things DID get worse! The virus is getting more and more severe; walking is as difficult as travelling at the speed of light! We've also seen metallic tentacles sticking out of an air vent for a few seconds: clearly a result of ED-81's mutations. And worst of all: we have found in a closet the cadaver of…
